Machine Serial # not acccepted

Hi,
I just got my new CarveWright and am having trouble activating the software online. It won't accept what looks like a serial number to me. I'm reading right off the machine, on the label that has the Model Number.
Is the serial number 2 letters, then 6 numbers?

You are correct. The SN is something like this sample: BA.012.345
You must use the "Dots" in your reply.

It turned out to be 2 letters dot three numbers dot three numbers. The dots were the key!
