I have seen some 5x7 and 8x10 frames. Anyone know about a 4x6?

Not sure of the frame you are talking about but could you not just resize it?

Learn to use the tools in Designer. Frames are among the easiest things to draw right in Designer. Just play around with them. You'll be pleasantly surprised by what it can do......http://forum.carvewright.com/images/icons/icon14.gif
