Load Bit

I just finished a carving , turned our perfect. Now I go to the next project, which I have carved many times and it continues to ask me to load bit. The truck moves to the right and touches plate then to the left and back to middle to ask to load bit. I have stop and stared a few times still same problem. I have reloaded bit and still same problem. Any suggestions? thanks

Are you sure that it is touching the bit-plate correctly?

Usually if the bit plate does not come out far enough and the bit slides down along side the bit flag NOT touching it causes the load bit problem.

Look again.
