new lettering problem

thought i had the problem with lettering solved but now this thing does'nt carve all the letters i am really getting frustrated and can get no support from carve wright any suggestions I am really tired of wasting good wood help!!!!!!!!!!!!

Need a little more info here....

If you are using centerline, sometimes it skips around the letters and comes back in the end and does them...

DO you let the project finish?

If the letters are getting shallower as you carve, perhaps the bit is creeping up into the holder. Just a guess.
