Raster May Top Out notice?

This is a new one for me....the machine indicated that the raster might "top out" and wanted to know if I wanted to continue or abort. I aborted.
I can throw up the file later....but what does this indicate?

My WAG is that it may not be able to carve the very top (in z) of the pattern in spots. I got that message also when cutting the dino leg pattern. I went for broke, and hit continue. It worked fine from what I can tell. See the bone in the probe thread.

Seems to me there was something mentioned in one of the on line videos for the stl importer about this. But I do not recall exactly what it said....
