.25" board thickness Problems

I've tried to run a 1/4" thick board through the machine and it keeps giving me a board sensor error. I've put a 3/8" board in it and it gives me the same error. But when i put a 3/4" thick board in it, it runs fine. Please Help...

You have probably checked this, but verify the squaring and sliding plates are free of dust.

Meanwhile, I will look into this at this end.

I've had the same problem with a board .3" thick. I never did get it to work. I am running version 1.024 software that is supposed to be good to .25".

I figure they will figure it out soon. I'm happy my machine will work with .75" stuff. It's been a bit of a journey for me. :lol: But so far I'm happy.
