Several carvings ago I found this laying on the board when I went to clean my machine. I have looked and not been able to see where it has come from. The carvings I have done since have all worked without a hitch. I did a sensor check and all appear to work as it should. Can anybody identify it for me? Do I need it?

It is "L" shaped. It has two broken leads on it. The smaller leg has a slot in it.

I had problems getting the Picture in, but it looks like it is working now. I was posting while you were looking.

Okay.

That is probably the most common "What is it" part on the machine. It is the old homing sensor from the z-truck. Its not used anymore.

Don't worry about it being off the machine. It don't work.

Thank you for the help. I didn't think I would need it and now I know I can throw it away. Thanks again, - Deolman.
