Replacing Z Truck Assembly

The Tech advised me the small metal band that I found had come off the machine on the Z Truck and I will have to replace the Z-Truck Assembly and are sending me a Z Truck Assembly,Roller bearing adjustable assembly-set of two, and a Cam Roller Wrench-Adj Rollers.Anyone have any advice on how I do this or where I can find instructions.?When the the band fell off the gave a reading o Z truck failure.
