First Carve...Machine Stopped?

I set my machine to start carving and left for a little while. when i came back the machine was stopped and back at the start menu. The project was partially carved i would say about 10%. What could have went wrong.

Can you post your pattern or mpw? That way the great minds here can see if it was something on the pattern or if the machine had a hick-up.

Were there any error messages at all?

Sounds like intermittent power to me. Like it lost power and then regained it, resetting the menu back. Might be a power supply problem or you lost power. I bet you would've noticed if you lost power though. :) I'd call customer service, they should be able to diagnose that.
