new at everything, got my cw two weeks ago and havent used it as of yet, still trying to figure out software. was thinking bout making a clock for my grandaughter but couldent find any numbers, lots of letters but no numbers, anyone that can help me in simple to understand english would love to hear from you

It's not hard. Steve gave you one way. but, it only helps you know that other may give you patterns.

What I think you are looking for is how to do things.
You may develop your own designs and use the Fonts you wish.

Here is an AVI lesson I made on the concept of equal spacing around a circle that may help you understand the process better.

AskBud, I went to the site you suggested and what an eye opener, your avi lessons are worth there waight in gold. thank you so much, iam sure i will learn a lot from them, downloaded all and put them on desktop so i can view them as needed, once again thank you

Here is a 87.4 MB AVI lesson, for the new user, on my concept of making logical Files and Folders for saving your Designs (mpc files), and the same concept for Patterns. There are other ways, but I like this method.

Just click on the file and it will open in Designer and play around with it and get to know the software. The only way you can learn is to PLAY!! Good luck and post your results so that we can see!!

and change to the font of you choice. where it says type your text here put in the nubmer you want to use and then change the fonts to see what it will look like. if none look right do an internet search for free fonts and find one you like.
