friday afternoon machine

im thinking my machine was a friday afternoon machine. first one bearing on the y truck was loose, fixed caused more problems. now that i have the machine back up and running the qc was loose. i ruined a nice piece of maple. can we say rock chuck. i wonder what other parts can be loose and almost fall off.
