does any one know how to solve this problem since lhr will not answer the phones and help anyone with any problems. here is a pic.

with the power off slide the truck left to right it should move smoothly
if not check the bearings on the truck bad bearings can cause the y belt to jump causing the loss of y info if bearings are ruff they will need to be repalced all so check the y gear box for wear
