"Clear Board Sensor"

OK, I've been playing with these machines long enough to know how to test the board sensor. Use the white paper and all that. Well I did all that and it tested fine, the numbers went up and down no problem. I removed the board sensor and carefully cleaned it, made sure there was NO sawdust in it. Still I get "Clear Board Sensor"

What else can cause this error message?

sometimes two much table down pressure or odd colored wood combos will give a error.

You also might want to check the connecter where it plugs into the circuit board,
mine shook loose from the machines vibration a couple of times.
I used a soda straw through one of the vent slots in the back of the lid to push it back into place.
