I feel like I will get a better and faster response if I just ask here, so here goes. I recently put a new controller in the machine. Now I have a 40 dollar hold for a core charge. So do I send the old controller in to have that hold removed?

Yes, you need to send it in to get the Core Charge removed. They also have a TIME Limit on the Core Charge TOO... So if you wait TOO long they might not give you your money... I have some X Termination boards that are WAY over due and would never get money back... Same with Board Detectors....

So Send it back SOON.

Mark it well.... Mark the BOX too and get a receipt from shipping....
