Software registering help?

I bought a refurb compucarve, I went to register my software and it says I cant as another user has registered using my serial#, Therefore I cannot upload/use my software? HELP!:mad:

You will have to call CarveWright to get the registration transfered to your name.

Did you buy it from the previous owner or from a store?

I bought it from Deal Monger, A store on Ebay. Thanks a million 4 ur help.
