Fatal Error (..3) Help

At about 63% of carving a picture frame, machine stopped itself and displayed this message:

Fatal Error ( 3)
Please reboot machine.

To reboot I assume that means shut it off and turn back on. Won't it lose track of where it's at in the carving?

If I reboot do I just start it over and hope it carves in exactly the same place?

Okay I rebooted and started the project again, apparently there was some dust buildup on the board sensor, had to clean it anyway to get it to restart. It's going over what it had already carved, still don't know what or why the error. Back up to about 30%, guess I'll see how this goes.

If you have to start a project over like that and it's already carved a lot of it , you can take it back into designer,and create a carve region over the part already carved and set it at "0" depth and then run it.

Thanks Daniel, that hadn't occurred to me. You wouldn't happen to know what my fatal error was? Is there a list of error codes somewhere?
