Still getting "open Cover"

Just spent hours replacing the cover micro switch, I am all excited to get all my back orders finished and I close cover, do a sensor check and the dang door is still showing open and nothing is moving and I checked I put everything back where it is supposed to be. I am so frustrated, I have so many orders and no way at the moment to finish.

Anyone know what could be still wrong.

I know I will be on the phone in the morning to the Tech guys but any help tonight would be appreciated.

On my machine there are two switches. One on the left (the one you replaced?) and one on the right which cuts out the cut motor. I think you get a cover open message if either one is open.

Using the Sensor data, call up the Z Data and move the Z up and down. Does the Z Data Change? How about the Board Detector Data?

I had a pinched wire in the board detector cause a Zero board Detector reading and ZERO all the time Z Data. It shorts out the Data leaving you with a open cover TOO.

And like above, Left switch right.... Left switch is the open cover switch.
