here is the jesus cross that someone posted some time ago

thank you to whoever it was

i made this and made it larger that originally posted

it is carved in oak then stained golden oak. then two coats of sealer, then i use a chocolate glaze to highlight, then applied two more coats of laquer.

everyone i have showed has loved this and i have orders for 6 more so far

the cross is 9" wide and 13" tall made out of a 3/4" piece of oak

i really like what the chocolate glaze does for these carving projects

glazing is what the cabinet companies are using on their cabinets to basically antique cabinets.

i got mine from sherwin williams paint stores

Is that a Fanny Farmer Color, or a Hershey designer color?
