My own pattern

How do I get my own pattern in system. There is 4 different inner pat. but the out sides are all the same. This is all new to me:confused:

Open Designer, go to the Help Tab - open software manual, go to chapters 12 +13 (or is it 11 +12?)

That should get you to the point you want.
