If I buy a used machine can I call support and get the serial number registered in my name. I dont have any information on the former owner. Thanks for any help.

Yes, you can transfer ownership to you by calling LHR. As a used machine you will get no warranty but they will be able to tell if it has the latest parts like the New Z Bundle.
That is if it was installed.

They will be VERY Helpful, you just need to PAY for everything.
