When I make a project with a certain size board and then I use that size board, the machine says that it is not the right size and wants to resize it. For example, I used a board, size 12 x 24 and upon completion it measured 8 x 17. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help... If you couldn't guess I'm new at this.

Hi fhoward2,

Welcome to the CW Forum

looks like you may have not added the necessary 3 1/2" to each end of your project board to stay under the pressure rollers.
Do a forum Search like (Seven Inch Rule) to find several post about the problem

Thanks for your quick advice. I will be trying this in the very near future. I am guessing that it effects the width as well as the length, ie. If the board is 7 inches longer than I need it will cut full width if it is 7 inches short it will resize the width. THANKS ALOT...
