newbie needs help

I have only had the CW machine for a month now and have not had much luck with it so far. Wright now the machine will not run. The LCD just reads Carvewright Woodworking Machine but it the will not run. Called LHR they are sending me a new LCD. Has this happened to anyone else. HELP

Is the card seated properly in the machine?
Try entering 053, then push "stop" 5 times - this is supposed to reset computer lockup. Might help??

I took flash card out and hooked it up to computer, it said there was a bug
I delated the bug, put card back in CW :) IT WORKED. Thanks for the thought of the flash card
