Too high

Ok so it seems i cranked my machine too high up to put a board under it and now I cannot lower it. I do remember reading somewhere how to bring it back down but cannot find it anywhere.

Any help is appreciated. TIA.

Use the hole in the far vertical screw post
to manually start the head back down
