Tea Box Question...........

I've finally finished my Tea Box and must say that I'm pretty proud of it since it's actually my first real project. The question I have is how is the Lid created? Meaning....... I'm trying to see how to create a "raised" object in a recessed area (like the tea pot). I would like to put a rose (raised) on a box lid in a oval recessed area, but with the complete lid still being raised like on the Tea box. Again, just trying learn the different techniques that the pros here use. I'll check to see about uploading my Tea Box so I can show it off a little. Thanks everyone.

I created the lid pattern in ArtCAM.

You could make a reasonable facsimile by hand in Designer. Create the lid shape with the drawing tools, draw an oval, center it with the lid outline, assign a recessed dome surface to the oval, place your rose pattern in the oval and play with the Merge, Height, Depth settings until you achieve the look you want.
