Possible board removal error

I am using a sled for 1/2 inch thickness material and now have started getting the above error. Can anyone help me figure out this problem. I am currently using 1.134.

There are a few things that could give you this error.

Head pressure not at 85 lb causing the roller sensor to loose contact.

uneven surface of your material and the sled.

wide cuts across the board causing the rollers to drop down.

Out feed tables not level with the machine.

Rollers uncompressed triggers the error. Look at the Roller data. Is a switch stuck in the uncompressed position?
