lost scanning probe serial?

Just a quick question. I seem to have lost the jacket that my scanning probe software came in and was wondering if there is a way to retrieve the serial. It's already been registered with LHR but what do i do if say something happens to my pc and i have to reinstall? I use a laptop now but not long ago my desktop died and I was able to login to CW and the designer registered but at that time I didn't have the probe so was wondering does the pattern editor work the same?

Got to the CW web site and log into your account. all info should be there for what you have purchased. You can also down load or save the info so you have it...

One more question. Is there a way to remove the old desktop from the license since it no longer exist?
