37 hours in

Well My CW now has 37 hrs on it and I just noted my carve bit has the B B marks. last week a bit got stuck. I clean the Caca out of these and have them on a DD table. Funny thing is I have both the CW and CC no problems with the CC. The thing that has got me is that the units have deferent looking QCs the CW has extra holes and 2 screws that are biger then the other. one on the lower right that almost looks like it has been heli coiled and one below it on the left is bigger than the other. The one that looks like it has been repaired is silver all the rest are black.

The CC has no holes in the QC and all the screws look the same. These are both new units and CW states there is noting wrong just one has older parts but they did not say which one. Let me gress CW? Anyway what should I do now replce the QC?
