Pattern Needed

Afternoon,
I am working on a Sea Chest for a retiring Navy Enlisted person. I bought the patterns I need from the CW Store but I am missing one and cannot find it. It is the "Air Warfare" wings. Anyone know where I might find a good pattern. I scanned one in then converted it but it did not turn out very well.
