Your zip files never seem to work for me, and I'd love to see them. Would you happen to know how I can view them, or is this something I have to get a computer pro to help me with?

Thanks so much for the off-line help. Apparently, what was going on was...1) the file was much larger than I realized and was taking much longer to download than I expected; and 2) my computer wasn't showing me any kind of status bar showing me the progress of the download, so I was just assuming nothing was happening. Bottom line...I'm now able to view these videos, and they're great! I just needed to be more patient with the download. Thanks again for the help!
