Has anyone else received an e-mail from LHR dated around January 1, 2009 addressed to Loyal Customers announcing a 10% discount on patterns, collections and projects?

I have ordered patterns since then and have not gotten the discount.

When I asked CarveWright about it they are not aware of it.

I got the same one - I would have to look for it, but I am pretty sure I have it.

Thanks. I thought maybe I was the only one that got it.

Mine is worded exactly like reset's.

Now the question is: Were they really from LHR or were we being scammed?

If they are real. How do I get my discount?

All patterns and stuff were on sale for 10% off for about a week.

The e-mail says through out 2009.

No, it says build your library--for your projects throughout 2009. They want you to build your library while the sale is on for your projects throughout 2009. It's all about how you interpret the message,but there sales are usually only for a few days .

patterns right after the email but had to call to get the discount credited.
