Cutout 2 patterns

I have a board with a pattern and I can do a cutout, but I also have another pattern of an eagle that will have its wing tips cut out and that I do not want.
Can anyone help with this cutout.

Sorry I cannot upload the MPC as it is a bought pattern.


1. I need to cutout all the way around the outside of the pattern including the eagles wing tips, but not the inside area where the eagle wings cross over.

Any help appreciated.
