What is the best way to call them on Saturday? I have been trying the 713-473-6572 and tried all the ext. they say to go to for support of the hardware no one is answering. Is there another number or something?

There is one tech on duty on Sat. who happens to be me. The phones are ringing off the hook today so please be patient and keep trying. I'm here until 6pm Central.
