Does anybody know if they fixed the problem with spacer in the lower spindle bearing falling out? I have replaced it twice with refurished ztruck only to have them fail within 20hrs of carving each time.

That is a very good question....

I say call LHR on that one.... I had one fall out last summer....

Mine fell out after I changed my QC. I think because I over heated everything there is probably blue dope or something on the ring..Just my theory.:)

I finaly replaced it because the ring never did fit tight. there was back and fourth movement in the spindle not a lot but I didn't think the ring would stay in. I still haven't sent the old one back for the core charge . Must call CW and find out how to go about that.
