downloading and conversion

Hi Folks, I downloaded some mpc files (jewelry box) and saved them as mpc in my documents. when I open designer and select new I cannot get the project to open on the board in designer. I can open the file but how can I get it to the design board? ver. 1.131. any help appreciated

When you open designer and select new it's setting up
and waiting for you to start Designing a new .mpc file
not load one you already have.

If you just double click on the .mpc file
it should open with designer for you.

Or if you want you can do a --- Open with -- gui
