I Have Bought A Few Patterns Of The Website. I Would Like To Make A Few Myself. How Do You Go About Drawing 3d? I'm Able To Mill A Pocket, But Not At An Angle Or Stuff Like That. Is There Other Software I Need? Any Help Would Be Greatly Appreciated

A whole lot will depend on your graphics knowledge and price range. A search using "design software" (with the quotation marks) will give you some good reading. The link is one thread from that search results. I'm using Corel Draw X3 but I'm just started to get to the point where I can use it.

Look at the built in surfaces tool. It lets you put things on different backgrounds like some, etc. You need to play with the merge style to get it just the way you want it to look.
