Y Belt Tensioner

I'm fairley new to the CW But I love It so I got two know so I can keep running Today my Y belt tensioner assembly came lose my question is the one screw on top all that holds it in the parts list pdf it looks like there should be a pin but theres not

Screw on top and a spring and screw in from the side that you need to remove the side cover to get too.
