BTW, I love the cabinets. They show the talent of a real woodworker.

Did you make the corbels under the shelves with the CW?

Dan,

It looks like you and (member) cnsranch have great shops. I probably would either be afraid of getting it dirty or get it so bad that I could never get around in it.

Thanks for the pics.

Thanks. I made a workbench for each of my 3 sons. They don't get them until I'm gone though. LOL

The corbels, yes I made then with the CW. I posted another thread called "Corbels" telling about them.

C'mon, throw a little dirt on it :D

My workbench looks like I've been tarring cats on it (think about that, for a minute).

Tarring a cat is somewhat worse than the following:

How to Wash the Cat - by The Dog

1. Thoroughly clean the toilet (this step is optional).

2. Add the required amount of shampoo to the toilet water, and have both lids lifted .

3. Obtain the cat and soothe him while you carry him towards the bathroom.

4. In one smooth movement, put the cat in the toilet and close both lids (you may need to stand on the lid so that he cannot escape). CAUTION: Do not get any part of your body too close to the edge, as his paws will be reaching out for anything they can find. The cat will self-agitate and make ample suds. (Never mind the noises that come from your toilet, he is actually enjoying this.)

5. Flush the toilet three or four times. This provides a "power-wash" and "rinse" which I have found to be quite effective.

6. Have someone open the door to the outside and ensure that there are no people between the toilet and the outside door.

7. Stand behind the toilet as far as you can, and quickly lift both lids.

8. The now-clean cat will rocket out of the toilet, and run outside where he will dry himself.

Thanks everyone.

I had to pull everything away from the wall this weekend to put up the 3 shelves. I swept up when I had the benches moved. I believe there is one of the dust piles in the first pix...bottom left.

Wow, Nice looking shop ( Studio ) you have there Jim
You'll have to damage the wookbenches equally or they'll fighting over them.

if not then you haven't been carving -- or your Buffalo was empty! http://forum.carvewright.com/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif

I don,t know the rull of thumb but if I work a day in my shoe it takes 1 wk to clean it back up. So take pictures when clean may be next year for the next one.

Look great I can see you enjoy it.

You could make some mighty-fine instructional videos with a beautiful shop background like that! So pretty, it looks like a production setup for a television show! Gorgeous.
