Hi , I want to use my sled to carve a project, is there a way to set that up, I used double faced tape to put my project on the sled, but I keep getting board sensor error, thanks in advance for any help you can give me:)

There are two types of Sleds, one to use with the probe, and the other one for small carvings. The best place to learn how to use them read the Tips and Tricks. You can download them free;

Board sensor needs room to clear the drop off zone of your wood sides so it best to add 4" tails on all of your sleds ends and position the sled not in the center of the CW but at the end.

By adding extra wood you can load the sled under the board sensor see below..
