Need help setting up front and back

I am trying to carve coins that are about 2"-2.25" in diameter. I can line up one coin pretty well, but I want to carve lots of coins on one piece of wood. Is there a way to group the front and back together and copy the whole thing to place multiples on one pice so I don't have align every front and back?
