BUG - Non-Perspective View and Labels

When the perspective view is turned off the labels on a figure are hidden (though still there if you know where to put your mouse). I've turned hardware acceleration on and off with no effect. As well as toggling labels on and off.
With the sample click on the polygon and then turn off perspective view, if the angle values disappear it is a bug, if not it is something with my system and in that case any ideas on fixing it.
