I am unable to see any video in either of the two 'videos' above. I do get the audio portion
I tried to play it with several video players. I have a new, very fast computer and a broadband connection.

Don, if you are talking about my two videos and you are getting only audio and not the video, you need to download the 'codecs' for Windows Media Player. They are available here... http://www.techsmith.com/download/codecs.asp and you can click on 'Download TSCC Codec' and then select 'Run'.
Should get you fixed up! You can email me if you have any more problems...
Thanks,
Jon

Also tried all 3 links and none worked, first one Explorer showed a failure, the next 2 both came back with a mesage from the Carvewright site of Err 404 the page can't be found.

Do you have Adobe Reader? If not, you can get it for free on the 'net.
