    Default Memorial Plaques Help

    Hey all,
    It's been awhile since I've been on the forum. This is my first carving without the aid of my husband being here to help and it's a rather important one as it's for two local fallen firefighters. When I put the bit optimization on high, horizontal lines show up in the carving in two spots, near the top and more on the left side. Unfortunately the file is too big to post here. Would someone be willing to take a look at the files before I carve them to see if you can figure out why this is happening or how to correct it? I would have to email the files to you I guess.

    Hi Joyec,

    I did take a look at the files and the problem is due to low quality pattern. I could do anything unless I have the original PNP image to clean it up.
