Thread: Sign foam question

    Default Sign foam question

My wife is working on a walk of fame at work. What she needs is 35 clovers cut with the name and award won by each person on the clover. These would go outside along the walkway in gravel sort of like a stepping stone but they would be beside the walk way, not stepped on. I was wondering if I got a carvewrigth would it be able to cut these out using sign foam.

Sign foam carves great, as does corian. As long as it's within the limitations of the machine, they should come out perfect for that purpose. Good Luck, and post pictures.

I agree with Ron.........will carve great but I believe the maximum thickness for cutting out with the 1/8" bit is .750 and anything thicker would not work.

Ron, could you tell me move about corian? Do you have any examples that you have carved from it?
