Stacker Fault # 181

It's the first time I've had this one come up. Started to run a jewelry box and this came up during the board measuring sequence. Don't know for sure what it's telling me ... but it comes up each time I try to measure. Any ideas?

Thanks Ken ... I looked for these posts and didn't find them. I put in "stacker fault" and it must have overlooked it. I'm pretty sure it's probably a warped or cupped board but don't have time tonight to play. I'll check it tomorrow. Thanks for your help.
