Thank you. I'd like to return the sentiments to you and yours for the holiday season also. I've not been one to worry too much about being politically correct unless it is adddressed to someone personally. As a whole, we've become way to thin skinned and wanting to cry "foul" every time someone says something. But I digress. Have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. If this message offends someone, please pretend you didn't read it.

Talking The Week Before Christmas.. LOL

    THE WEEK BEFORE CHRISTMAS
    by Walters Carving Corner

'Twas the week before Christmas, when all through the shop
the machine was running, with out even a stop.

The designs were made by Lori with care,
in hopes that next board would soon would be in there.

The boards were cut and stacked in their beds,
while visions of them complete, danced in our heads.

And Bob in his chair, and Diane with her brush,
had just settled down before the Christmas rush,

When out of the shop there arose such a clatter,
they sprang from their chairs to see what was the matter.

Away to the machine they flew like a flash,
tore open the door and made a mad dash.

When, what to their wondering eyes should appear,
but the machine was dead, and that was clear.

With it stopped in the middle of the wood,
they knew in a moment, this is not good.

So up to the phone with Tech Support, they knew,
the machine was dead, as they stated it too.

And with no machine to carve, it is not great,
but we will have them carved for you in 2008.

As I boxed up the machine, and was turning around,
down the driveway the UPS trucks with a bound.

But I heard him exclaim, as he drove out of sight.
"Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good-night."
