Default zbrush..how not to lose detail???

Here is a pic of shark. Is there a way not lose detail like some the curves indents, the gill etc. One is the alpha grab saved as a jpeg to upload here (been putting it into designer as a png) and the other is pic in Zbrush. Any help would be greatly apprciated.

    Thanks in advance

    Default I tried

but not much luck. There is really not much detail in that picture, it's too low res. If your trying to learn how to do it, I'm sorry, but I can't help you.
If your looking for a pattern of a shark, try this one I came up with...
