I have a friend that I carve gun stuff for. So I purchased the STL importer and have gone nuts making patterns. Has anyone sold any of their patterns to offset the cost of the software or to just make money?

All patterns and projects that I share on the CarveWright forum are for your personal carving purpose. They are not to be shared, sold or posted on any other web site without permission from RingNeckBlues Designs.
If you want to sell patterns you should. A lot have tried selling from their own web site but CW gets more traffic and the patterns sold from the depot do have the protected status (license) so that they can not be freely shared.
