As Dale said, Conforming vectors allows you to "conform" vectors to an irregular surface. It also allows you to carve text in a recessed or carve region The Pattern Molding Suite (3D Advanced) and Conforming Vectors are separate add-ons. Here is the link to the Carvewright site for purchasing.

Al is correct on reversing and designing with the 90 and carving with the 60..some results are weird.
One reason to do this is if you specifically want to carve text very shallow (delicate), designing with the 60 will carve deeper. Fortunately, V Carves run pretty darn fast, so testing the desired result on a scrap doesn't take much time.
Here it is in version 1.187. You probably will not be able to carve it unless you have the Pattern Molding Suite (3D Advanced) and Conforming Vectors but you should be able to open it and study the layout. The board thickness is .75 so the cutout tool will work. If you use a thicker board you will have to use a band saw or table saw to cut off the edges. On second thought, using a saw might be better with any thickness.
