Wavy letters...

Can anyone tell me why I'm getting lettrs carved out that look like they are blowing in the wind or have a spooky halloween font to them,,,, The letters are perfectly fine and straight on computer but when carved are not,,, thanks any help would be awesome...

Can you post a picture? We probably need to see what it is doing to figure out what may have caused it.
