Default 3/4" board might be too thin?

Never seen this one before during cut path bit check, it touch board then check the depth on the plate
then check the depth on the board (3/4"), stopped a gave the error message
"Board may be too thin 1.86/1.91, abort or cont.
I hit cont. to let it carve first, by the time it gets to the cutpath 2 1/2 hrs, I ill be watching very closely.

I would say your board thickness calibration is slightly off. Watch closely, you may get thick tabs and/or it may not cut all the way through. I think it will adjust the cut depth according to the 1.86.

I would do a thickness calibration.
